Hey, I'm Taso Martinez, and our firm "DelCampo" provides transactional funding to real estate investors seeking capital for "EMD, Double-Close & Seller-Carry Backs" transactions. Each deal funded gives us an opportunity to provide clean water and housing to people in precarious situations and in remote areas around the world through our impact fund.
